Changes Effective Fall 2024

  • Effective Fall 2024, the Department of Physics & Astronomy separated their introductory courses into distinct lecture and lab courses. 
  • Use this Physics & Astronomy Crosswalk to see the changes and the "new" course numbers.
  • Students completing the courses are now able to repeat only lecture OR lab if needed.
  • If you took a PHY or AST course prior to Fall 2024 and need to repeat it, you will need to register for both the lecture and lab. See this crosswalk.
